Industrial Lubricants

Custom and Miscellaneous
Manufacturer’s Chemicals and Formulations

International Chemical Company manufactures highly effective and economical industrial lubricants for private and commercial applications. We source highly refined base oils and advanced-technology additives to formulate high performance industrial lubricants that are engineered for use within a wide range of applications. ICC’s specialty industrial lubricants are very economical and high performing. In most cases, costs are significantly lowered by aiding in the reduction of energy consumption. All industrial lubricants are inhibited to prevent mixing with water-based and water-soluble metal-forming lubricants and metalworking fluids. ICC’s industrial lubricants also provide efficient corrosion and rust protection for machinery and treated components.

Featured Industrial Lubricants:

International Hydraulic Oils AW 22, 32, 46 and 68 are refined, anti-wear fluids engineered for use in all types of hydraulic pumps found in industrial, mobile and textile hydraulic systems. They are formulated with high quality paraffinic base oils and select additives, providing effective wear protection and foam resistance in addition to general corrosion and rust protection. ICC’s industrial hydraulic oils are inhibited to minimize deposits and increases in viscosity due to oxidation at high temperatures, resulting in extended service life. These formulations are recommended for use in a wide variety of applications including hydraulic systems, hydraulic mining equipment, moderately-loaded gear sets and for general purpose lubrication of industrial systems.

International Way Lubes 32, 68, 100, 150 and 200 are specialized industrial formulations engineered for the lubrication of machine tool ways and slides.  They successfully eliminate stick-slip and table chatter by reducing friction between mating surfaces.  The wear of way surfaces is minimized further and their service life is greatly extended.  Where ways are heavily loaded, ICC’s way lubricants provide exceptional film strength and excellent EP protection.  They are formulated with metal wetting and adhesive agents to deliver uniform films that resist squeezing from way surfaces while machines are not in operation.  Our way lubes prevent the mixing of the way lubricants with water-based and water-soluble metal-forming lubricants and metalworking fluids.

International Gear Oils EP 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, and 680 are extreme pressure industrial gear oils engineered from highly refined base oils combined with modern additive technology. They are exceptionally stable over an extremely wide temperature range, exhibit high load-carrying capabilities and separate quickly from water. International EP Gear Oils are recommended for the lubrication of spur, helical, bevel and worm gear configurations subjected to shock loading or heavy loading.

International Hi-Temp Grease and SynthoGrease are high performance anti-wear industrial greases engineered for use in industrial and mechanical applications of all types. They are highly effective over a wide temperature range. Hi-Temp Grease is a lithium-based compound formulated with select extreme pressure (EP) additives and meets ASTM D 4950 service classification. It is recommended for use in the following applications: automotive wheel bearings, disc brakes, truck/bus lubrication, agricultural equipment and multiple industrial applications including machinery and conveyors. SynthoGrease is a high-temperature industrial grease that combines the unique features of polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base fluids with those of an organo-clay, non-soap thickener. The excellent resistance to thermal and oxidative degradation provided by the PAO base, coupled with the high temperature structural stability and high dropping point of the clay thickener result in an outstanding high-temperature industrial grease. It offers extended life at high temperatures and the possibility for energy savings (through reduced friction, reduced temperatures and lower torque) as well as extended re-lubrication periods. Applications include sealed or re-packable ball and roller bearings, splines, screws, some enclosed gearing and those with an extreme operating temperature range of -58°F (-50°C) to 356°F (180°C).
